CELLOFEST is a new part of the Cello Biennale, set up in collaboration with the BIMHUIS: eight evenings featuring the most interesting music & performances from the worldwide cello underground. Every night a double bill: two concerts for the price of one. A wide range of cellists pass by, with influences from all corners of the world: cello-playing techies, loop station artists, singer-songwriters, jazz and pop musicians, improvisers and video and performance artists. During CELLOFEST you will discover everything the cello has to offer.
